Sales Policies for Digital Dynamics, LLC.

First, I would like to thank all of our loyal customers for making Digital Dynamics LLC a success. Started in 2002 with just enough money for the state licensing fees, we have grown into a self-sustaining, debt-free, highly rated company in the Tulsa area.

Please familiarize yourself with the policies below.

New Projects:
1. All installations require the parts payment to be made first. Your parts are considered a separate sale from the installation (labor). Your parts will be delivered to you within 5-7 days of your order. Making your parts payment also secures your place in our schedule.
2. After the system is installed, payment is due within 2 business days or completion of the work.
3. All parts are covered by at least a one year warranty, and all labor carries a 30 day warranty.
4. We will not "compete" with ourselves. There is no negotiation with any estimate. We know our prices are low, so we invite you to get other companies to bid on your project. If the other bids are lower, we will decide if we want to compete with them.

Service Call policies:
1. Emergency service calls take first priority. These include: Sites that are totally non-functional (and have purchased their system from Digital Dynamics LLC), special service calls that require a 24-hour response or the call goes to another company, and calls where a law officer is onsite awaiting assistance.
2. Service requests (and bid requests) take secondary priority, and will be handled in the order they are received through the web form (Contact page on website).
3. Installations (resulting from an accepted estimate) will be performed in the order they are received.
