First, I would like to thank all of our loyal customers for making Digital Dynamics, LLC a success. Started in 2002 with just enough money for the state registration fees, we have grown into a self-sustaining, debt-free, highly rated company in the Tulsa area.
Things have been slow for many due to the economic conditions over the last year. Many think the answer for lower revenues is to raise prices for their goods or services. I believe that this only worsens the case: INFLATION! So, in our small circle of influence, we refuse to contribute to inflation by keeping our prices low!
With this in mind, here are a few things that need to be enforced in order for us to continue to operate efficiently:
1. All sales over $1000 require a 30% down payment before any work will begin.*
Your prices (as the customer) stay low when you don?t have to pay for someone else?s equipment! The cost of no or slow payment, or dropped orders gets spread to the next customer.
* Exceptions to this rule are cash-and-carry sales, and government sales.
2. All invoices are net 15.
The terms are clearly stated on each invoice.
3. Non-payment or slow-payment will severely affect any future service.
There will be no additional sales, service, or installation when there is an outstanding invoice on file.
4. If we perform onsite service, there will be a corresponding invoice.*
Our generous and giving nature has gotten us into a bind more than once.
We have donated hundreds of hours to our customers over the years. While this is great for a charity organization, it doesn?t pay our bills.
* Estimates are always free, and we may tell you UP FRONT if we decide a service call will be at no-charge.
5. We will not compete with ourselves.
There is no negotiation with any estimate. We know our prices are low. Therefore, as each estimate states, we invite you to get other companies to bid on your project. If the other bids are lower, let us decide to compete with them. Often times, if someone underbids us, it is with inferior products or service.
